Firefox will regenerate these files on restart. Make sure Firefox is not running when deleting these files. Look in your Profile Folder (see below for how to find it) and Delete these three files Then do this.This procedure will reset the extensions manager, after removing the extension, so Firefox rescans your collection of addons, to see what is really there. Basically you may have to physically remove the addon from either your Profile or the Installation Directory, wherever it is hiding.
